Q#1: Can I change my order?

Answer: We’re usually unable to make any changes to your order once you’ve hit the ‘place order’ button. All items are handmade and we begin production quicky to get your order out as soon as possible. 

Q#2: When will my order ship?

Answer: Production times vary depending on the product.  Most items take 4-6 business days to complete but usually our patches, hats, journals and baby items only take 2-3 business days.

Q#3: I need to change my shipping address on my order. How can I do that?

Answer: Please email us your revised address and we will make the change on our end if it's not too late.

Q#4: How do I know if my order has shipped? Can I track it?

Answer: Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can track your order at any time.

Q#5: Do you ship globally?

Answer : No. We only ship within the United States

Q#6: Is my personal information kept private?

Answer: Yes, in accordance with the new and updated data protection act we promise to keep your information private and secure.

Q#7: Can I get my items sooner?

Answer: We do offer a RUSH processing service for a fee of 14.95.  This gets your personalized item shipped within 48 hours of ordering. This is not a delivery date, we do not guarantee delivery dates.

Q#8: Are your Yeti tumblers fake?  

Answer: We guarantee Authenticity on all our Yeti Tumblers.
